BEYOND Expo 2026 today announces the first speaker for its Opening Ceremony, highlighting the people and ideas shaping AI across both digital and real-world applications.
Deepu Talla, Vice President of Robotics and Edge AI at NVIDIA, will take the stage on May 27 in Macao as the first confirmed speaker. Additional speakers will be announced in the lead-up to the event.
At NVIDIA, Talla focuses on bringing AI into autonomous machines and intelligent systems, including humanoid and industrial robotics, smart video, and factory environments. His work reflects how AI is no longer confined to software, but increasingly embedded in how machines operate and interact with the world.
This connects directly with BEYOND Expo 2026’s theme, “AI: Digital to Physical,” which looks at the industry as a whole — from underlying models and computing platforms to devices and real-world use cases. It’s not about a single shift, but about how these layers are developing together.
Taking place in Macao from May 27–30, BEYOND Expo continues to convene participants from across Asia and beyond. Guided by its mission of “Empowering Asia, Bridging the World,” the event brings together startups, companies, and institutions working across different markets.
NVIDIA’s involvement will extend beyond the Opening Ceremony. On May 26, it will host a dedicated startup ecosystem event — NVIDIA Inception Showcase in Macao, focused on areas including AI agents, physical AI, and global expansion. The event will feature startup showcases, roundtable discussions, and ecosystem exchange, along with insights from GTC 2026. NVIDIA technical experts will also present a live demonstration of NVIDIA DGX Spark(and Jetson Platform).
Attendance for NVIDIA Inception Showcase — Macao is subject to application and approval. Registration is now open. Click here to join us.
At the same time, from May 28–30, 40 startups from NVIDIA Inception Program will exhibit at BEYOND Expo, presenting their latest innovation in physical AI and related technologies.
As the first speaker announced for the Opening Ceremony, Talla offers an early look at the direction of this year’s program and the conversations to come.
More speakers and program updates will be released in the coming weeks. For further details and ticket information, visit: https://www.beyondexpo.com
