BEYOND Expo has officially announced the launch of BEYOND HACK DAY 2026, a hackathon designed for global AI developers, creators, entrepreneurs, university teams, and solo founders. As one of the core programs of at BEYOND Expo 2026 (May 27-30 in Macao), the competition aims to accelerate the transformation of cutting-edge ideas into real-world products and scalable businesses.
BEYOND HACK DAY 2026 will take place from May 28 to 30, at The Venetian Macao Cotai Expo, bringing together approximately 400 selected participants from around the world for an intensive, in-person innovation sprint.
Positioned as more than a traditional hackathon, BEYOND HACK DAY serves as a high-impact platform connecting talent with global industry leaders, investors, and ecosystem partners. Participants will gain direct exposure to over 1,200 exhibitors and 30,000+ professional attendees, alongside opportunities for long-term collaboration across policy, capital, and market channels at BEYOND Expo.
The hackathon features four key tracks exploring the next frontier of AI applications:
- Physical AI – focusing on robotics and real-world AI deployment
- Innovative Hardware – driving breakthroughs at the intersection of AI and physical devices
- Video Creativity – centered on AI-native content creation and immersive media
- Creative Claw – an open category for any AI-driven concept
BEYOND HACK DAY 2026 also offers a comprehensive incentive structure, including a million-level prize pool, policy-backed incubation opportunities within Shenzhen’s Longgang AI ecosystem, and direct access to over 100 global investment institutions. Participants will also benefit from full-cycle mentorship and support, spanning ideation, prototyping, and commercialization.
