With over four decades of experience across international capital markets, sovereign wealth funds, and financial institutions, Mr. Cutis has witnessed the rise of major financial hubs spanning Wall Street, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. On May 27, 2026, he will take the stage in Macao to share insights on emerging capital opportunities and the industrial transformation driven by AI, alongside global technology leaders and investors.
Mr. Cutis currently serves as the Senior Advisor for Strategic Projects in the Office of the Managing Director and CEO at the Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC). His previous roles include CEO of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), as well as CFO and Senior Advisor at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). His expertise covers sovereign investment, energy, and the development and regulation of international financial centres.
His career spans leading global financial hubs, including New York, London, Tokyo, Frankfurt, Moscow and Abu Dhabi. Having held senior positions at institutions such as Merrill Lynch, Apollo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), he offers a unique perspective on how capital flows adapt across economic cycles and technological shifts.
