Privacy Policy

  1. Introduction.

TechNode takes the privacy of users of BEYOND Expo very seriously and is committed to protecting the privacy of users’ personal information. We hope to build a sincere and trusting relationship with users and help them make better use of BEYOND Expo services.

BEYOND Expo may collect and use your relevant information when you use BEYOND Expo’s services. This Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, store and use such relevant information when we provide our services, and the ways in which we provide you with control and protect this information.

This Privacy Policy is relevant to your use of the BEYOND Expo Services and we encourage you to read it carefully. By using or continuing to use our services, you are consenting to the collection, storage and use of information about you in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  1. What personal information we might collect?

During your use of BEYOND Expo products, we may collect and send to our servers some usage information. The information received by our servers can be divided into two categories, the first is information about how users use BEYOND Expo products and the second is aggregated statistical information about the data owned or submitted by users. We collect information in order to provide a better service to all users.

We have two ways of collecting information:

    1. The information you provide to us
      1. In order to use the full services of BEYOND Expo, you must log in to your account and provide your personal information, including email address, name, gender, region, mobile phone number, job title, company, etc.
      2. Information that you share with other parties through our Services and other information that is actively stored through our Services.
      3. You need camera and album permissions to post chat text and pictures via BEYOND Expo.
    1. The information we obtain during your use of the service

We may collect information about the services you use and how you use them, such as when you log in to the software, how often you use it, and what time of day you prefer to use it. Below is a list of the personal information that BEYOND Expo may obtain about you.

      1. Log information, which refers to technical information that may be automatically captured by the system through cookies or other means when you use our services, including:
        1. Hardware configuration and software version. For example, configuration information provided by your mobile device, web browser or other program used to access our services, your IP address and the operating system, version and device identification number (IMEI) used by your mobile device;
        2. Information on BEYOND Expo and other software. Information on versions of BEYOND Expo, for example, which call up other software in order to use some of the functions of BEYOND Expo;
        3. Information about the functions of BEYOND Expo. For example, whether BEYOND Expo crashes during use and other software malfunctions, your feedback and suggestions on the product, etc., so that we can make improvements to the product;
        4. Usage statistics for each function. We use this data to determine how you like the various features within BEYOND Expo, to assess how well our products match your usage habits and to make improvements accordingly;
        5. Data synchronisation, sharing and storage. certain services offered by BEYOND Expo allow you to synchronise, share and store data, and we will collect and store the data you choose to upload, download or implement these functions.
        6. Information about your communications using our services. For example, the chat list, the time of communication, the communication data.
        7. Other permission notes: authorise third parties to collect your system operation information, network status information, iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA), MAC address, International Mobile Equipment Identifier (IMEI), Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID), International Mobile Subscriber Identifier (IMSI), app list information, base station information.

BEYOND Expo may retain the above information for a reasonable period of time for the purpose of complaint handling, fraud detection and offline temporary storage. BEYOND Expo encrypts the relevant information and does not disclose it to any third party except as compelled by law.

  1. How do we use your personal information?

BEYOND Expo will use your personal information in accordance with the principles of “lawfulness, propriety and necessity” as set out in this Privacy Policy and its updates. Your personal information will only be used for the purposes identified at the time of collection and for which you have given your consent, and we will seek your consent in advance for any other use.

  1. The personal information we collect will be used to ensure the functionality and security of our products and services, to verify your identity, and to prevent and prosecute fraud or other instances of misuse.
  2. The personal information we collect is used in the development of our products and services, although in general we only use aggregate and statistical information for this purpose.
  3. The personal information we collect will be used to communicate with you, for example, risk alerts, to notify you of updates and releases of BEYOND Expo products or services as soon as they are available.
  1. How do we use the Non-Personal Information?
  1. We collect the data that cannot be directly linked to any particular individual by itself, such as hardware configuration, location information, software operation information, etc., to help us better understand user behaviour and improve our products, services and advertising.
  2. We use the information collected through the use of cookies and other technologies to provide you with a better user experience and to improve the overall quality of our services.
  1. What information we might share?

BEYOND Expo will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent, except in the following circumstances:

For the purpose of providing BEYOND Expo’s services or fulfilling our obligations and exercising our rights under the User Agreement or this Privacy Policy, we may engage in joint marketing and other communications with third parties such as our partners (e.g. investment institutions). In order to avoid duplicative or unnecessary communications and to tailor relevant information to you, we may need to match information collected by BEYOND Expo with information collected by our partners, provided that this is permitted by law.

For example, BEYOND Expo may use tools to collect data for its partners’ websites, which may also be used for statistical purposes. The aggregate data will include information such as headcount and usage, but will not include any personally identifiable data. When BEYOND Expo conducts data collection for its partners, BEYOND Expo and the partner will simultaneously inform the user on the website or webpage.

These authorised third parties are not permitted to use your personal data for any other purpose. We will require them to act in accordance with this policy and to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.

As our business continues to grow, we and our affiliates may enter into mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers or similar transactions, and the relevant information we collect may be transferred as part of such transactions.

  1. Information security.

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and for as long as is required by law or regulation. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to protect against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure of information. BEYOND Expo considers that by using the services provided by BEYOND Expo and providing personal information to BEYOND Expo for inclusion in our database, you are aware of the existence of such risk and agree to assume such risk. BEYOND Expo shall not be liable for any legal disputes arising from this.

  1. Account cancellation.

You can cancel your account in BEYOND Expo by clicking on “My” – “Settings”. Please read the instructions on the page carefully before cancellation, once you have done so, we will stop providing you with any products and services and delete all your personal information, etc., and all information cannot be transferred, returned or restored.

  1. Scope of the Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to all services within BEYOND Expo. However, the privacy policy for a particular service will be more specific about how we use your information in connection with that service. If there is any inconsistency between the privacy policy of the particular service in question and this Privacy Policy, the privacy policy of that particular service will prevail.

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to:

  1. Information collected through third party services accessed through our service (including any third party websites);
  2. Information collected through other companies or organisations that serve advertisements on our service.

If you continue to use our service after such notice, you are accepting to be bound by this Privacy Policy as amended.

App Notice for Personal Data

The user grants permission for the storage of all data contained in this application, including but not limited to the user’s identity, job title, and representing agency. Extraction, compilation, and analysis of the user’s data may be taken. Additionally, the user authorizes the publication of their data, which may include the disclosure of said data to other users of the application.
