Vincent T.M. Fong

Vince Fong, a serial entrepreneur with diverse interests, is the founder of 5198 Holdings, a venture encompassing deep technology and consumer brands.

In the tech sector, Vince initiated KF Futures in collaboration with the Kornberg family, focusing on biotech within deep tech ventures.

On the consumer front, Vince co-founded StickStack, a licensing and distribution company for celebrity-based consumer products, and founded Raze, a leading Hong Kong lifestyle brand. He also established 3RLabs, Shanghai’s first eco-friendly shop promoting climate awareness. In the music industry, Vince initiated MagicRoom, a record label leading the house music movement in Asia.

Having served as Chief of Staff at Hong Kong & China Gas (HKSE:0003), Vince strategically droves renewable energy initiatives and facilitated groundbreaking ventures—Enervenue and Ecoceres.

Vince actively fosters impactful initiatives, incubating groundbreaking ventures. As a fourth-generation member of Hip Shing Hong Development, one of Hong Kong’s largest real estate developers, he is engaged in philanthropy through family foundations, contributing to the donation of over 500 schools and hospitals across China.
